Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working
day.

your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Time
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 business days
Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen
circumstances.

Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499 (or your chosen value)
A standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 applies to orders below the minimum value
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges of ₹50 may apply
4. Packaging
All skincare products are securely packed in tamper-proof, hygienic packaging to
maintain product quality and safety.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email.
Customers can track orders in real-time through the courier partner’s website.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours
