across India. 
1. Order Processing 
 All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.  
 Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working 
day.  
 You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details via SMS/Email once 
your order is dispatched.  

2. Shipping Time 
 Metro Cities: 2–4 business days  
 Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 business days  
 Remote Areas: 5–8 business days  
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen 
circumstances. 

3. Shipping Charges 
 Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499 (or your chosen value)  
 A standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 applies to orders below the minimum value  
 Cash on Delivery (COD) charges of ₹50 may apply  

4. Packaging 
 All skincare products are securely packed in tamper-proof, hygienic packaging to 
maintain product quality and safety.  

5. Order Tracking 
 Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email.  
 Customers can track orders in real-time through the courier partner’s website.  

6. Delivery Issues 
 If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours

 In case of visible damage, kindly refuse delivery or record an unboxing video for 
claims.  

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery 
 Please ensure accurate shipping details.  
 Re-delivery attempts depend on the courier partner.  
 Additional charges may apply for re-shipping due to incorrect address or failed 
delivery.  

8. Service Availability 
 We currently ship across India only.  
 International shipping is not available at the moment.
